PJ Mark moved to NYC in 1990 and used his student loans to start a literary journal to publish writers and friends. He began his publishing career as an international book scout in 1993 and briefly worked as a journalist covering the book beat. In 2002 he became a literary agent, working at the talent agency IMG and at boutique firms Collins McCormick and McCormick & Williams. He joined Janklow & Nesbit Associates in 2010 and was named Partner in 2015.

Anne Sibbald found her professional home as an agent. Anne’s interests are broad, but quintessentially encompass the classic “good read” and anything, be it fiction or nonfiction, that illuminates the world in a fresh way. She believes that we tell stories to understand ourselves and the world we live in, and that those stories can transport us to different worlds, times and places; as well as revealing the mysteries of nature and the truths and complexities of the human heart and mind.

Luke Janklow represents an eclectic and broad list of authors with multiple talents ranging from imaginative storytelling to broadcast and print journalism, politics and entertainment. Lynn Nesbit grew up in Dundee, Illinois and graduated from Northwestern University with a B.A. in Speech. She attended the Sorbonne and the Radcliffe Publishing Procedures Course. In the fall of 1960, she joined the Sterling Lord Agency, and in 1965 moved to create and run for twenty-three years the literary department for what later became International Creative Management. In January 1989, she co-founded Janklow & Nesbit Associates with Morton Janklow.

Morton Janklow was one of the country’s most powerful literary agents, representing bestselling authors, National Book Award and Pulitzer Prize winners, celebrities, scholars, scientists, journalists, presidents, poets, pundits and even a pope.
