Danielle Steel appeared on Good Morning America on November 12, 2013 to promote her latest non-fiction bestseller PURE JOY: THE DOGS WE LOVE. PURE JOY debuted at number 7 on the Combined Print & E-book New York Times bestseller list for the week of November 17th. Delacorte published the book on October 29, 2013.

Jeffrey Eugendies short story, “Find the Bad Guy” was published in the November 18, 2013 issue of the New Yorker. His latest novel, THE MARRIAGE PLOT, was published by Farrar Straus & Giroux on October 11, 2011.

James Scott’s debut novel received a starred review in Publisher’s Weekly. Victoria Wilson’s biography of Barbara Stanwyck was reviewed on November 13th in the New York Times. Danielle Steel’s new novel debuted at number 4 on the New York Times HC bestseller list for November 17, 2013. The book also debuted at number 6 on the Combined Print and E-book bestseller list. Delacorte published the book October 10, 2013.

Robert Hilburn’s biography of JOHNNY CASH has received positive reviews from Slate (“the most insightful, entertaining, comprehensive, and well-told Cash
biography to date”), Entertainment Weekly (“assiduously researched and entertaining), the Wall Street Journal (“authoritative and revealing”) and Los Angeles Magazine (“evocative and surprising”).

Anne Rice appeared on the October 31st episode of CBS THIS MORNING to discuss her new bestselling novel, THE WOLVES OF MIDWINTER. Knopf published the book on October 15, 2013.

JOHNNY CASH: THE LIFE has received some wonderful praise in its first week of publication. The LA TIMES called it “a comprehensive and thoughtful biography” and says that “Hilburn does an artful, enviable job of reconciling all the facets [of Cash]…[and] writes with a remarkably steady hand. Salon discussed it in a piece on big biographies and excerpts from the book were published on the Daily Beast, which called it “a vivid new biography.”
