The mass market edition of SILENT NIGHT by Danielle Steel made its debut at number 1 on the New York Times Monthly Mass Market Best Seller list. Dell published the mass market edition of SILENT NIGHT on December 3, 2019.

Several publications have featured THE ARGONAUTS as one of the best memoirs of the decade, including Entertainment Weekly, Buzzfeed, Paste, Lit Hub, and Autostraddle. Lit Hub states, “It is important as social criticism, it is important as memoir and, frankly, it is important as art,” and Paste points to how Nelson “flip[s] conventional thinking, living and writing upside down . . . creating a brilliance that would fade in the hands of a lesser writer.” Graywolf Press published the book on May 5, 2015.

Buzzfeed featured IN WEST MILLS on their list of the Best Books of 2019, saying “it’s impossible not to fall in love with Azalea ‘Knot’ Centre, the star of IN WEST MILLS.” Bloomsbury published the book on June 4, 2019.

Publishers Weekly reviewed FIGURE IT OUT, describing it as an “inventive collection” where “themes of sexuality and gender are pervasive, typically in eye-catching declarations.” Soft Skull will publish the book on May 5, 2020.

In a strong review of THE PRETTIEST STAR, Publishers Weekly calls the book “a heartfelt novel” and writes: “Sickels is at his best in his characters’ most painful moments . . . Hub City Press will publish the book on April 14, 2020.

FUNNY WEATHER by Olivia Laing is one of Buzzfeed’s Most Anticipated Books of 2020. Buzzfeed calls Laing “one of the sharpest critics working today” and says the book is “a culmination of all her criticism thus far. . . and has already attracted early praise from bookish celebrities like Carrie Brownstein.” W.W. Norton & Company will publish the book on May 12, 2020.

Both Buzzfeed and The Millions have named Cathy Park Hong’s MINOR FEELINGS a most anticipated book of 2020. Buzzfeed calls it an “incendiary nonfiction book” about “what it means to be Asian American” and says it provides “the kind of trenchant social critique that’s bound to get people talking.” In a glowing review, AnOther Magazine describes MINOR FEELINGS as “unflinching and unputdownable” with “razor-sharp, provocative prose [that] will linger long after you put [it] down.” One World will publish the book on February 25, 2020.

Anne Helen Petersen’s CAN’T EVEN, based on her hugely viral Buzzfeed piece, is one of Buzzfeed’s Most Anticipated Books of 2020. Houghton Mifflin Harcourt will publish the book on September 22, 2020.

Erica Katz’s “super buzzy” debut novel THE BOYS’ CLUB is one of Buzzfeed’s Most Anticipated Books of 2020. Harper will publish the book on August 4, 2020.
